This is a healthful, refreshing, warm-weather treat.

Creamy Piña Colada Frozen Pops

Ingredients:

Optional: For more coconut texture, add 1/4 cup dried coconut flakes or shreds

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until well blended and pour into plastic, frozen pop molds (or ice cube trays with wooden sticks). Freeze until hard.

To unmold, run hot water over the outside of the molds to loosen (twist ice cube tray).

This is a healthful treat or light dessert for kids and adults of all ages!
