Our Ancient Grain All-Purpose Flour collection has something for everyone!
We have gathered together several types of ancient forms of wheat from all over the world that test free from the herbicide glyphosate to help you be able to make the best tasting, most nutritious, baked goods at home.
Our Ancient Grain All Purpose flours are ground fresh just before shipping out to you, so you can expect the freshest quality available!
These Ancient Grain All-Purpose flours are very versatile and can be used in most any recipe requiring flour. To help make the flours more versatile, we have sifted some, but not all, of the bran and germ out.
As always, we never add any additives or preservatives to our flours. We also always test for glyphosate to make sure they are the cleanest flours possible.
We also offer two blended flours.
Ancient Grain All-Purpose Baking Flour
Our Ancient Grain All-Purpose Baking Flour is great for flat breads, short breads, crackers, biscuits and more!
We custom grind Einkorn, Spelt, and Khorasan flours, in house, to make this unique, one of a kind blend of flour. We sift out a little more than half the bran and germ, so your baked goods will be light and fluffy, with a rich ancient grain flavor!
The ancient grains that make up this blend are grown on small family farms and are tested for glyphosate.
Ancient Grain All-Purpose Bread Flours
Our Ancient Grain All-Purpose Bread Flour is a special blend of Khorasan, Spelt and Turkey Red Wheat flours. These Ancient and Heirloom grains are known for being great for rising with yeast and sourdough bread recipes.
This blend will take your bread to new levels with it’s quality protein and rich flavors! All of these grains are grown on small family farms in the US and have been tested for glyphosate.
We mill these flours in house and remove a little more than half the bran and germ, so your bread will rise nicely and your loaf will be light and airy.
As always, our flours are never enriched, bromated or bleached.
