Indulge in this breakfast porridge using coconut flour, coconut oil, and dried coconut.
Grain-Free, Strawberries ‘n “Cream” Porridge

In a small saucepan, whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the coconut oil and reduce heat to medium-low. Boil and stir about 3 minutes until thick and creamy. Stir in strawberries. Serve warm.

Author’s Note – The texture of this porridge is a bit unusual because of the coconut flour, but I wanted coconut fiber and didn’t care for using flakes exclusively. This porridge has a very high fiber content and is extremely nutritious with the coconut, oats, and chia.
