Coconut, Banana Colada Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut milk*
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 frozen banana (It doesn’t need to be frozen, but they are the best!)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- dried coconut flakes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except dried coconut in a blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with coconut, if desired.
*For the freshest coconut milk, make homemade coconut milk. (See video at this link.)
