Fruit salads are quick and easy to make and make great side dishes or snacks. This salad recipe includes a coconut-lime dressing.
Coconut Honey-Mustard Dressing
Servings: 6–8

Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over your favorite salad. Top with toasted coconut, if desired.

Author’s Note – This dressing is very easy and delicious. Use it in salads or soups.
This coleslaw dressing recipe is made with coconut oil, dry mustard, and celery seed.
Creamy Vinaigrette
Servings: about 4

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, chives or scallions, salt, sweetener, garlic, savory or oregano, and cayenne.
Add the mayonnaise and whisk until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Try this easy dressing on your next salad!
Author’s Note – If you’re serving the whole thing, add the dressing to the cabbage mix and toss, then add the sunflower seeds; mix well. Otherwise, just put some of the vinaigrette on your cabbage mix and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Whisk all ingredients together and serve over your favorite salad.
By using half coconut oil and half olive oil, the dressing will not solidify in the refrigerator.
