Chocolate Protein Power Pudding

Mix all ingredients except for whipped cream, then top with whipped cream, if using.

Make this protein shake with protein powder, coconut milk, and coconut oil.
Author’s Note – If you workout, then you probably already know the importance of taking protein powder to help “refuel” after a strenuous workout. Taking just the same thing all the time though gets boring, so I’ve come up with some different ways to jazz up a regular old protein shake.

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until a sticky, dough-like consistency has formed. Add a little more protein powder, if needed.
Roll into small balls and drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
