Chocolate, Avocado Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup raw honey*
- 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder*
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted*
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Directions:
Mash the avocados, and then puree in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and glossy.
This will not last long—very yummy!
*These measurements may be adjusted to your taste or as needed.
