Banana Cherry Smoothie with Coconut

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk*
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- dash of vanilla extract
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend for about 30–45 seconds or until completely smooth. Pour and enjoy!
*For the freshest coconut milk, make homemade coconut milk. (See video at this link.)
