Einkorn Flour, Apple, Cinnamon Cookies
Servings: 18 cookies
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup einkorn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, and then combine and stir together. Stir in chopped apple.
Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil. Scoop cookie dough onto the cookie sheet, about 2 tablespoons per cookie. Bake about 12 minutes.
