Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and immediately add Coconut Cream Concentrate and raw honey to soften, mixing well.

In a food processor, combine pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Add the melted oil, honey, and Coconut Cream Concentrate, and then blend until smooth and creamy.

Now it is ready to frost a cake or cupcakes, or transfer to a covered bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. Frosting will thicken when cold.

Mix cacao powder and cornstarch. Over medium heat, whisk in milk one cup at a time and stir in maple syrup. Continue to stir, bringing mixture to a boil, and then boil and stir for a minute.

Turn off the heat. Stir in coconut oil, vanilla, and salt.

Mix well and allow to cool for about 30 minutes. Pour into molds and freeze at least six hours. Store in the freezer.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cane sugar, and oatmeal in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

In a medium bowl combine coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs and mix thoroughly.

Slowly add wet ingredients to dry and stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir in evenly.

Scoop dough into balls and drop onto a cookie sheet that has been greased with coconut oil. Press each cookie down slightly. Cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from tray.
