Chai Tea

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8–10 ounces water
  • 2 bags organic chai tea
  • 2 teaspoons grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, optional

Directions:

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add in tea bags and let steep about 10 minutes (over low heat). Add in ghee or butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and raw honey.

Using an immersion blender, blend mixture for about a minute or until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
