Coconut, Protein, Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4–5 ounces Coconut Cream Concentrate, melted
- 6–8 ounces orange juice
- 2 raw eggs* – See Note below.
- 1 whole banana
- 1 teaspoon fish oil (e.g., cod liver oil, etc. or melted coconut oil)
*Note – This recipe contains raw or undercooked eggs. Please make a substitution if you have concerns about consuming raw eggs.
Directions:
Melt desired amount of Coconut Cream Concentrate on stove over low heat, stirring constantly.
Place all ingredients together in blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
