Basil Mushroom Grass-Fed Ground Beef Meatballs
Servings: about 15 meatballs

Mix all ingredients together except coconut oil. Form into meatballs.
Heat the skillet and add coconut oil. Brown the meatballs in coconut oil on medium-high heat.
Place the browned meatballs in a baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until done.
Enjoy plain or serve with your favorite red sauce.

Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the onions until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the meat and sauté until browned. Add the curry powder, salt, black pepper to taste and mix well. Add the cabbage, mixing well.
Cover the skillet and cook until cabbage softens, 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
