Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful whole spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground whole golden flax seed
  • 1 scoop Mint Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Goat Milk Protein
  • 1 1/2–2 cups raw milk
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Virgin Coconut Oil, liquefied

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It will be thick, frothy, and delicious!

Servings: 1
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk*
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 frozen banana (It doesn’t need to be frozen, but they are the best!)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • dried coconut flakes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except dried coconut in a blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with coconut, if desired.

*For the freshest coconut milk, make homemade coconut milk. (See video at this link.)

Blend nut milk in a high-speed blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed.

Adjust ingredients to desired taste and thickness.
