In a small pan over very low heat, melt all ingredients (except coconut flakes) until thoroughly combined. (Use a double boiler if you have one.)
Place mixture in the refrigerator to cool, then roll mixture into balls and roll in the coconut flakes. These need to be stored in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Coconut Milk Chocolate Fudge Pops

Mix almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, and gelatin together in a medium size bowl. Whisk until combined.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine coconut oil, salt, cocoa powder, and honey. Stir mixture until liquid and well incorporated.
Add contents of bowl into saucepan. Bring just to a boil, stir, and remove from heat.
Pour into your molds and freeze until solid (time varies depending on size of your molds but at least 5 hours or overnight).

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, almond milk, sugar, almond butter, and salt. Mix until well combined. Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to maker instructions.
Meanwhile, combine coconut oil, cocoa, and honey and stir until smooth. When the ice cream is finishing churning, slowly pour in chocolate mixture. Remove from ice cream maker and scoop into bowls or cones.
