Spicy, Hot Cocoa

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces chocolate bar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 small pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 2 cups coconut milk*
Directions:
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently. Pour into a mug and enjoy! You can use an immersion blender to make it frothy also!
*For the freshest coconut milk, make homemade coconut milk. (See video at this link.)
